Our response to the virus and the steps we’re taking to keep our guests and staff protected.
To our customers and community,
The COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak is top-of-mind right now, and we wanted to share an update about how we’re taking action in our dealership to limit the spread of the virus.
Our team is taking extra precautions to provide a safe environment in our dealership for the health and safety of our customers, as well as our staff and their families which is our key priority, especially now.
The cleaning and sanitizing products and procedures already used within the dealership are effective in combating the spread of viruses. Our team is taking additional preventive measures to protect our customers and staff and limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. As part of this, we are conducting extra cleaning and sanitizing of high contact surfaces, and implementing extra personal protective wear when dealing with keys and vehicles.
Mymotors.ca have also taken steps to ensure that staff members who are feeling ill or at-risk do not have to come in to work, and will not suffer financially as a result.
This is a disruptive time and our goal is to continue to serve our customers and their traveling needs. In order to encourage social distancing, we will be offering stepping up our Mymotors4U service. Feel free to use the service, we will come and pick up your vehicle for servicing, and return the vehicle to you.
We are monitoring developments closely and are following the guidance of public health authorities. As conditions change, we may make further temporary modifications at our dealership, to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
